All pearls sold in our store are natural. Each pearl has natural differences in shape, luster, size, surface and overtone. Tiny growth lines, pits and color variations are natural characteristics, not quality defects
Order and Payment
Please complete payment promptly after placing the order. Unpaid orders will be canceled automatically.
Shipping Time
All pearl products will be shipped within 7 working days after payment (excluding weekends and legal holidays). Orders are processed in sequence; urgent requests, priority processing and designated shipping time are not accepted.
Logistics and Delivery Time
Normal delivery time: 7–14 working days (from the date of shipment). It may be extended for remote areas or peak logistics periods
Return and Exchange Policy
Customized, drilled, used, artificially damaged, expired and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable
After-Sales Service
If there is a quality problem, contact customer service with clear photos/videos within 24 hours after receipt
Natural pearls are sensitive to acid, alkali, sweat, chemicals and scratches. Damage due to improper care is not covered
